Dougherty's will not tolerate offensive, discriminatory acts or language from our customers. As a private business, we reserve the right to refuse entry, or deny service to any individual who demonstrates behavior which is in violation of our non-discrimintation policies.

- Our store contains merchandise which is easily damaged or rendered unsalable if damaged, torn or soiled. Consumers are responsible for any damages to merchandise they handle in the store.

- Our store contains merchandise and content which may be considered inappropriate for minors. For this reason, persons under the age of 18 may be required to be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older within the store. Dougherty's is not responsible for minors who are not accompanied by an adult, and may deny entry or service to unaccompanied minors.

- Dougherty's is a small, family business which is impacted significantly by theft. Our store is monitored by multiple loss prevention systems, including a camera system. By virtue of entering the store, customers have granted Dougherty's license to publish and use any images or video footage. Dougherty's prosecutes shoplifters to the fullest legal extent, and reserves the right to deny entry or services to anyone who has demonstrated suspicious behavior on camera.
